Little Feet, Big Dreams NFP Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on creating social impact through art. Our online marketplace, Art Altruistic, allows artists to sell their work, donating 10% of sales to fund free children's paint events that educates the community about the powers of art. We aim to make this an enjoyable internship experience that lays a strong foundation for your future career!
Responsibilities- Assisting Operations Manager:
- 10-15 Hours per week Remote
- Social media management(as well as photography), content creation, brand development, and event promotion. - Marketing Dept.
- Research and identify grant opportunities/Write proposals that effectively communicate our goals and impact. - Grant Writing Dept.
- Engage with local artists and organizations to promote events and initiatives/Help coordinate community engagement activities/Help create promotional materials and coordinate logistics - Community Outreach Dept
- Maintain a calendar of deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Assist in developing educational materials related to art and creativity.
- Attendance at weekly meeting (ZOOM & in-person)
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in related field of study (Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Sociology, Journalism, Art Education etc)
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Canva, social media, is a plus however we are prepared to mentor you in all aspects of this internship.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Has or willingness to gain interpersonal skills.
