Each pair of shoes are first stripped of dirt and oils. Then they are prepped with a lubricant that softens the fibers of the canvas. They are then based with white paint before beginning the design.
This ensures the paint will not crack or peel when your little one is playing in their new shoes.
Although we take every precaution to make sure your shoes are high quality, we do expect to see some wear to the paint within 3-4 months, if they are worn frequently this could happen within 2-3 months.
“Sealed for play” and we mean that.
However, when the shoes are not being worn it's important that they are not left on the floor where they could potentially be walked on, or left in the car where they can be tossed around.
I am confident in their durability, but please still treat your shoes with care. It is important to follow the care guide. Some wear is expected as with any shoes, but if any major damage to the design occurs please reach out asap.
